Plachkovica Mountain

The Plachkovica Mountain is located 40 km from the town of Shtip. Lisec is the highest peak with 1.754 m above sea level. It belongs to the old grand mountain range. The composition of the field is usually granite with crystalline shales and smaller eruptive rocks. The mountain has rich flora and fauna.Lisec – the highest peak on the mountain Plachkovica with a height of 1.754 m. The peak rises in the eastern part of the mountain, where are the peaks Čupino Brdo (1,725 ​​m), Bell Kamen (1,707 m) and Kara Tepe (1,625 m). Climbing on the top is possible from the north, south and east side, with the easiest route from the north side. Peak is also known as one of the highest peaks in Macedonia.
