The purpose of the training event was to educate the participants how to benefit from the available natural and cultural resources and how to develop their own sustainable business. The family businesses and self-employment are the main opportunities for employment in the target areas as they consist of a lot of small rural villages, most of which situated in the remote areas. The training course consisted of 20 trainees (10 from Bulgaria and 10 from Macedonia) and it continued 5 days.
